Small groups exist to connect people to each other in the family of God at Waters Church. Without friends life would be boring. We want to see you connected in small groups so that WC can grow bigger and yet smaller at the same time. There is nothing like a close community of friends who are following Jesus with you. Main Purpose:
Meeting together with other families to enjoy fun and fellowship at little or no cost.
Activities:
Outdoor activities along with learning to casually integrate devotions and prayer into your family.

Families with children

A Spiritual Journey in Recovery
Main Purpose:
To help people recover from addictive behaviors using spiritual principals and biblical teachings.
Activities:
Developing recovery tools to restore the fruits of the spirit and learning a workable formula to confront one's past. Prayer and meditation.

Anone struggling with addictive behaviors

Main Purpose:
Admiring God's Creaton
Activities:
Visiting different beaches and admiring their beauty.

Main Purpose:
To discuss women's concerns and help work through difficult decisions.
Activities:
To empower women to think differently. To say "I can do this and God will be there."

Teen mothers, Unwed mothers, women of any age who may be experiencing an unplanned pregnancy.

Main Purpose:
To connect with other women of the church in order to build relationships and minister to the unsaved.
Activities:
Breakfast or dinner combined with prayer and sharing. Also a fun day planned.

Main Purpose:
Using the common interest of motorcycles to open people's eyes to the existence of God through creation.

Riding and education of motorcycle riders along with observing God's natural creation.

Main Purpose:
Encouraging and recognizing God's work in our families.

Help A Brother, Help Yourself
Main Purpose:
To learn home improvement skills through team building, fellowship and overall servanthood.
Activities:
Every name in the group goes into a drawing. We draw 2 names and the group works on those houses. Homeowners supply the materials, group members supply the labor and Mike supplies the tools.
Target Group:
Men / Homeowners. Also any teen who wants to learn skills

Kidz Alive Teachers Group
Main Purpose:
To build support for long time teachers at Waters Church also want to teach, but are afraid.
Activities:
Encouragement, prayer requests, the learning of skills and tools needed to grow in their role while building relationships.

Main Purpose:
To develop friendships and get some excersize.
Activities:
Bicycling on various bike paths, then barbecuing and swimming.

To promote healthy choices, self assurance and giving yourself over to God.

Main Purpose:
Social group as well as a support group. Generally, it's just an older "Youth Group".
Activities:
God rated conversations sharing common life issues. Snacks, laughter, perhaps a bonfire and maybe even an "adventure" or two.

Single mid-life men and women (whether single by divorce, death or choice).
